Longford Village East

Longford Village East (LVE) is a small, gated community located in south eastern Albuquerque, New Mexico. LVE is located near the intersection of Central and Eubank, and is approximately one mile from Kirtland Air Force Base, Sandia National Laboratories, and the Sandia Science and Technology Park. Longford Village East boasts easy access to many amenities including Manzano Mesa Elementary School (Albuquerque Public School), La Luz Early Childhood Center, Manzano Mesa Multigenerational Center, Manzano Mesa Park, and hiking and biking trails. Other conveniences include close freeway access to Interstate 40, and easy access to the Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union, Costco, and Home Depot.

Vehicle Towing Policy

In order to ensure the safety of all residents and visitors within Longford Village East, the HOA enforces a zero-tolerance, no-notice policy for vehicles which are illegally parked or are parked in violation of the published LVE Parking Policy. The HOA authorizes AA-Greg's Towing to tow vehicles parked in violation of the parking policy. If you believe your vehicle has been towed, contact AA-Greg's Towing at (505) 271-1300. The fee for recovery of a vehicle that has been towed is $75—cash only! Remember, residents are responsible for their visitor's actions and violations and you may be subject to Violation Assessments in addition to any fees owed to the towing company. Avoid tow fees and assessments by following the parking policy.
